In response to foreign investment appealing policy from the Government of Vietnam in Agriculture - Forestry sectors, including afforestation and wood processing, Taiwanese Investors, led by Mr. Steve Chang who is Founder and Chairman of a world leading group in Internet Security - Trend Micro, established InnovGreen Corp. Ltd to invest in these sectors. InnovGreen came to Vietnam in 2004 to explore investment opportunities. In July 2005, InnovGreen was granted with the 1st investment license. Up to now, InnovGreen has been implementing projects in Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Nam and Kon Tum provinces.
