InYourSide, InYourSide is the R&D based company for wafer cutting fluids and wafer protective coating for laser grooving and cutting(sawing/dicing).

Recently we have succeeded to develop new generation of wafer protective coating solution for laser dicing and sawing(Brand name : WCS-3F). With this development as well as current using PVA based one(Brand name : WCS-2G), we can give the wider product portfolio to our customers. Currently we are supplying our cutting fluids to global leading companies and R&D centers in Korea as well as worldwide.

Our another aspect is the development of conductive composite and coating solution with high electric and/or high heat transfer properties. Our recent level is already surpassed the highest requirements transferred from global customers.

If you need multi-functional fabrics as the alternative of e-PTFE covered(including Gore-Tex), please contact to us. Our IZ-Tex can give the multi functions didn't ever meeted before. With good humidity, water-proof, well conditionable through internal heat transferring, Anti-bacteria, and small of removal properties of odor.  You can experience them through only one fabrics, IZ-Tex.
