(1) Buyer sends LOI/ICPO and BCL to Supplier.
(2) Supplier issues FCO for Buyer to confirm
(3) Supplier offer draft contract to Buyer
(4) Signing the Sales Contract
(5) Supplier issues Performance Bond 2%
(6) Buyer issues L/C
(7) Inspection at Loading Port by SGS / CCIC
(8) Shipment
(9) Payment
