Italchem was originated management of foreign subsidiaries of multinational groups, in several countries of the world.

The firm was founded in istanbul, in 1995, with the aim to open a new and safe bridge betItalchemen turkish and foreign companies, offering to the turkish companies a reliable partner able to guide them in their choices, assist them in their contacts, help them in solving the problems that usually follow implementation of new technologies, and offering to the foreign companies a solid base in turkey, capable to open the doors of the country, safeguard their interests and guarantee the remuneration of their efforts.

Italchem started its activity in the sector of textile machinery, but later expanded its interests to other sectors, like machinery for plastics and metal treatment, chemicals, yarn and cloth. Today italchem, after more than 10 years of experience in the country, divides its activity in 2 major lines:


Marketing, assisting its principals in promoting, distributing and sourcing best products, machinery and technologies.


Corporate finance and m&a services, assisting its customers in realizing extraordinary operations, such as establishment of subsidiaries, identification of strategic partners for joint ventures, finalization of buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions deals.
