Jettern Plastic Manufacturing Co., founded in Hong Kong, is  specializing in OEM factory manufacturing and exporting of multiple material POP displays and thick gauge plastic products. Jettern Plastic Manufacturing Co. products have gained high quality and cost effective reputation in the demanding POP display, medical, household appliance, alcohol/wine, casino, and toy industry. Our American engineering and western style communications make for rapid, reliable and value added services.

Our factory plastics machine processes are thick wall vacuum forming, acrylic/ PMMA fabrication, plastic heat bending, injection molding, blow molding, CNC and laser cutting. Vacuum forming products include thick wall parts, assemblies and complete products with expertise in ABS, PS, PMMA, PP, PETG, as well as custom lamination and co-extrusion plastic. Thicknesses are up to 10mm and sizes are up to 2,800mm x 3,000mm with deep draw capability to 800mm. We build our tooling in house to control quality, schedule and confidentiality. We also do distortion and pre-forming silk screened parts. We have in-house
equipment and experience to handle secondary operation including CNC machining, bonding,ultrasonic welding, silk screening, painting, lamination, assembly and others.

Acrylic / PMMA processing includes fabrication, heat bending, CNC machining, polishing, bonding, laser cutting/etching, to make components, assemblies and complete products. We have extensive experience with painting, silk screening, digital/ 4CP/dyesublimation
printing, spray painting, powder coating, lighting, motors, PVC foam board, and other decorations.

We have such strong product assembly abilities as we are supported by our group member - Artic Displays Ltd. which is specializing in processing multiple materials product displays, combining plastic, metal, timber and special decorations into multi-material products.
