Since it is established in July 2003, Shenzhen JLT Communication Devices Co., Ltd. has cooperated with world-known telecommunication companies and chip developers closely. After 4 years of technical innovation, it has grown into one of the biggest consumer electronic product manufacturers, incorporating second development of handset chip, R & D, production and sales of finished handset. In Sep. 20, 2003, JLT signed a strategical cooperation agreement with Texas Instrument Inc., (TI), a world famous solutions company who provides original technology of baseband and radio frequency for Jia Litian Communication Technology Ltd.Co; thus it gained comprehensive support from TI on technical scheme of 2nd and 2.5th generations of GSM and GPRS handset. In May 10, 2004, JLT signed a license agreement with Taiwan MTK (Media Tek), making it the first domestic enterprise who established strategical cooperation relationship with MTK.
