We are the wafer manufacturer in No 240 SongJiang Aear ShangHai of China named Our factory are found in 1999. Our factory totaly acreage are 9000 square meter include mono-crystal work place, clean work place, incision and polish work place etc. We have two Cz mono-crystal furance and one clean room to produce wafer.
