And now factory is a large-scale hardware manufacturer due to constant hard work and support from Just Star Industrial Co., Limited customers, the factory now owns 18 sets of punching machines; 5 sets of heading machines; 5 sets of automatic thread rolling machines; 22 sets of automatic lathes and molding equipments like dotters and lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and tapping machines; 5 sets of die-casting machines from 280T to 1250T. Stamping parts with a thickness of 0.1mm to 6mm can be produced, their precision can reach +/-0.01mm, the precision of machining parts can also reach +/-0.01mm, and the precision of Zinc, Al and Magnesium die castings can reach +/-0.05mm. The maximum dimensions of processed plastics is 1800*650*600mm. All parts Just Star produced are RoHS compliant.
