K&W was established by Mr. Wolfgang Kahrl and Mr. Hans-Rolf Wiemann in 1988 in Solingen/Germany and are works representatives of internationally known German, Dutch, Swiss, Italian and South African manufacturers for tools and machines.

Since then, the company has developed progressively together with their partners and representatives in the Near-, Middle- and Far East and parts of East Africa. K&W offer a vast range of Premium Tools for Professionals made by Kahrl + Wiemann GmbHll known German manufacturers and which are being sold by specialized distributors in all major cities of the globe.
