Delong covers a total acreage of 173 mu.  The total project investment is 292 million RMB, and    has an annual yield of 30 thousand ton of sebacic acid, can provide more than 700 job opportunities, increase local government finance income, promote regional and social harmony development and has better economy and social interests.
     The dominant product sebacic acid is an important new organic chemical material, which is widely used to produce engineering plastics such as Nylon 1010, Nylon 610, Nylon 810, Nylon 910, Nylon 9 and so on. It can also be used to produce high temperature lubricating oil, Curing agent for epoxy resin, sebacic anhydride, synthetic grease, artificial spice and medicine, and widely used in cold-resistant plasticizer, rocket propellant, solvent, softening agent, supplement and so on. The by-product glycerin, 2-octanol and fatty acid are widely used in spice, medicine,solvent, cosmetic, new energy and bios fuel oil.  
     After the project going into operation, the annual output is 30,000 tons of sebacic acid, by-product 20,000 tons of 2-octanol, 10,000 tons of fatty acid, 5,400 tons of glycerin, and retrieve 40,000 tons of sodium sulfate
