Kaizen Auto is an ISO 9001 certified leading Manufacturers & Exporters of Kaizen Autot and dry Cylinder liners, Air Cooled blocks and custom made casting parts for automobile and industrial engines. Over the last 30 yrs we have grown from manufacturing 4,000 cylinder liners per month to over 70,000 now and currently we have about 200 employees for all our plants to serve our customers. Our manufacturing facility consists of two 300 Kg. Induction Furnaces, two Oil Furnaces and a Cupola Furnace. Our total casting capacity is over 500 tones per month. We have proprietary process developed in-house to produce highest quality of centrifugal casting We have invested in equipments like various special gauges, roughness tester, slip gauge, height gauge, Ferro lab, metallurgical microscope and Spectrometer from Spectromaxx Germany to help our QA team do the best job. On-site Spectrometer helps us maintain our chemical composition for each casting batch conforms to the I.S.S., B.S.S. or ASTM specifications provided by our customers. We also have a state of the art laser-marking machine to facilitate proper part number marking & identification. We have developed more than 1000 different types of wet and dry cylinder liners and air-cooled blocks for LCV, HCV, Marine Engines, Stationary Engines, Earth Movers, Compressors, 2 wheelers, 3wheelers & Industrial Engines. We carry Cylinder Liners for BEDFORD, CATERPILLAR, DAF, DETROIT DIESEL, DEUTZ, FIAT, FORD, HINO, INTERNATIONAL, ISUZU, JOHN DEERE, KAMAZ, KARAZ, KOMATSU, LEYLAND, MACK, MAN, MAZDA, MERCEDES BENZ, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, PERKINS, PEUGEOT, SCANIA, TOYOTA, VOLKSWAGEN, VOLVO, ZETOR and many more. We can manufacture the parts as per your drawings / samples. We currently supply to about 20 countries including USA, Latin America, UK, Australia, UAE and others.
