BIRD’S VIEW OF KAMACHI GROUP Kamachi Group Of The Company introduced our self one of the integrated steel plant in South India, consist of a widespread Integrated Steel Complex in a Greenfield with an annual integrated capacity to produce more than 8 lakh metric ton of steel annually. The company is self sufficient in its energy requirements too with 70mwph of installed capacity and another 110mw under proposal. The plant consists of four divisions and together, these work in tandem with one common objective, to manufacture "cost effective quality steel". With twice the production capacity of our nearest competitor, un-interrupted supply is ensured too. Sponge Iron / Non-Conventional Power division: Also known as primary steel, Sponge iron or Direct Reduced Iron is a clean form of steel. TMT produced using DRI ensure highest quality levels and with strategic tie – ups of raw material, this division has withstood tumultuous market environments. Waste heat generated in the production process is used to produce clean power and hence enjoys carbon credit benefits, making it green power also. Steel Melting Division: This division has a capacity to produce around 2 lakh m.t of mild steel billets of upto 12 metre length and 160mm size. Liquid Refining Furnace (LRF) and continuous quality monitoring facilities ensure quality of highest levels. Rolling Mill Division: The state of the art rolling mill is imported from Germany and has a capacity to produce 4 lakh m.t. per annum with sizes ranging from 8mm to 56 mm in customized lengths. Quality assuring features include automated continuous feeding of billets directly from the melting division, online monitoring of product quality, and automatic packaging of finished product. 70mw Power division: Not only does it meet captive power requirements, electricity is also exported with PPA&＃039;s. Best selection of technology, optimum green belt area, top notch pollution control equipments and covered sheds for raw materials ensure carbon footprint is reduced to maximum levels. From the above, we can the produce the following for your requirement. T M T reinforcement steel Bar: We manufacture 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 28mm, 32mm, 40mm. Apart from these traditional diameters, we can produce up to 56mm. We can produce Fe 500, Fe 500d, Fe 550, and Fe 500 CRS in 12 meters. We can supply the customised length up to 21 meters. M.S. Billets: We manufacture M.S. Billets in following sizes: 100mm, 130mm, 150mm, and 160mm up to the length of 12 meters. We can produce customised length in MS Billets up to 12 meters. Apart from the above, we can manufacture LOWER CARBON, HIGH MANAGENESE Billets.
