THE COMPANY

Kids Page is a very innovative Brazilian entertainment company that produces a unique in world (patented) product that combines learning, fun and a cloth: it is the painting t-shirt. Kids Page is quickly boosting its sales and has its headquarter in Curitiba, Parana Brazil, that is one of the cities with the highest quality of life in the whole southern hemisphere. Curitiba is famous for its beautiful parks, good universities, famous designers, and fashion events.

Domestic and Foreign Markets

Domestic Market
In Kid's Page domestic market (Brazil) we work with clients that have powerful brands such as:
* Ri Happy Stores: One of the biggest Brazilian network of toy stores
* Carrefour: A worldwide network of supermarkets
* Siciliano Bookstores: One of the biggest Brazilian bookstore networks
* Brazil Duty Free Shop: Network of stores located in the major international Brazilian airports.
Besides these clients we have dozens of other smaller ones that are satisfied with our product and regularly buy our painting t-shirts.


Foreign Market
We already export our painting t-shirts to Europe, especially Portugal. Our clients are always satisfied with our quality and prices. We realized that our painting t-shirt could perform well in the foreign market because of its innovativeness, high quality, variety of ways to employ and reasonable price. We performed broad research with potential American clients and the results were so optimistic that we decided to send one of our top managers to the United States specifically to leverage new businesses. We are looking for a serious, competent and ethical company that may be interested in working with us, distributing or buying our painting t-shirts throughout the US and/or other countries. Preferentially the company must have experience in dealing with toys or clothes and also a good reputation in the marketplace.

* Kids Page had a special report on the cover of the Brazilian the most recognized Brazilian business journals: Gazeta Mercantil on the issue of 07/16/2003. (Gazeta Mercantil has in Brazil the same influence that the Wall Street Journal has in US). The report was related to the fast growth of the company and to its successful exports to Europe, particularly Portugal and France.
* A more recent report was published on Gazeta do Povo on 08/23/2004. The report mentioned the innovativeness of the painting t-shirt and the successful exports to the European Market. (Gazeta do Povo is the most important daily newspaper in the state of Parana).
* Interview for Rede Globo on 08/18/2004, the biggest Brazilian television broadcasting company. It was about exports, the innovativeness and the potential of Kids Page.
* Successful participation in the International Toys Meeting in Spain on 10/06-08/2004.
* Kids Page was invited by the Brazilian government to participate in business missions in Argentina on 03/10/2004 and in South Africa on 07/2003.
* Considered by Sebrae (Brazilian support center for small/medium companies) and SECEX (Brazilian Federal Exports Agency) as a successful exports case.
* Kids Page is a socially responsible company. Every year Kids Page performs at least two considerable donations in order to help the development and the learning of underprivileged Brazilian children. We believe that we can help in making the world a better place.
