Kihatsu JSC new company in Vietnam producing skid plates, exhausts and sport seats. Our sport seats are made of round tubular steel which is heli arc welded.  The frame is epoxy powder coated to protect it from rusting.  The foam we use is injection moulded cold foam.  This way we can regulate the hardness.  For example, the seating area is slightly softer than the lumbar area. We use very high quality cloth that has been lined with soft foam.  For our European customers, we use 3mm vinyl which looks similar to real leather and with an imitation Alcantara suede material.

We make various models now at competitive prices.  We can make them in many colors and many different materials.  We package two seats in one carton box.  We offer bucket seats and reclining seats.  The reclining mechanism is also made in Vietnam and has heat treated coil springs and hard teeth for a long lasting reclining mechanism.  The reclining mechanism cover, handle and seat belt grommets are made of a special material so they can be chrome plated.  This is not the case with the Chinese seats.
