Kocemba's Sparkling Tea was launched in the fall of 2011, and it is our ongoing goal to offer beverages of the highest quality. We want to transcend barriers and expand people's horizon within beverages.

We will continuously expand our portfolio with new products made on natural ingredients and sustainability. We aim forward and we are open for new ideas and inputs. We want to be visible at all levels of stores and restaurants, and we hope that you will be forthcoming about our products and try something new.

Creating a whole new beverage category is in itself remarkable, because it's not wine, nor beer or iced tea. It's not cider but our very own Sparkling Tea!

We make the tea, at different temperatures in different time intervals over many hours, depending on the type of sparkling Tea we make.

Then we make it as sparkling wine

We bottle it by hand and leave it to rest in the bottles, for up to 4 months before it is ready to be enjoyed.
We only make small productions, everything is made by hand in order to guarantee the quality.

Our philosophy is to make the best we can everyday, with respect to the climate

Everything is made by hand. From picking the tea leaf, to filling the bottles. We pres the lemon juice, and pick the herpes just minutes before we use it. In the hand as well

We find the best white wine that are suitably for our products.
We made a well balanced Sparkling Tea, with delicat and soft aromas from the different Tea flavorers we extracts.
