Koperasi Ekonomi Melayu Bersatu Muar Berhad Malaysia J-4-0673 (KEMB) based in Malaysia, is a limited closed-group cooperative. ARDK Group JV provides business facilities into cooperative venture market, investors, third party, for 10 field projects related to KEMB.

Invitation starts July 2011 : ARDK Group JV invites buyer/seller to MALAYSIA's office for direct dealing, quotation and transaction. Terms and conditions apply.

At the international level, KEMB works with the international investors group to advance the Global Gateways for Partnership (GGP). At the national level, KEMB works in close collaboration with matured business network organizations to:

~ Raise awareness of GGPs and advocate for local members' business component (LMBC) and sub-companies division to adopt and adapt GGPs, exchanging notes and information, knowledge and intelligence to meet professional competitor, positioning and avoiding mistakes and scams by competitors at national and international level.

~ Provide leadership and International coordination to develop capacity in LMBC to assess what is needed to achieve the GGPs, to conceptualize policies and to design strategies and plans. For this purpose, KEMB organizes consultations and training, conducts research, develops planning and information management tools, matchmaking, produce and structure funding, provide hardwares and softwares, tools and experiences to execute a longterm business development projects.

~ Provide hands-on support to LMBC to scale up implementation of initiatives to achieve the GGPs, in areas such as procurement, human resKoperasi Ekonomi Melayu Bersatu Muar Berhad Malaysia - ARDK Group JVces and financial management, closed-group high profile investors, with trust and pragmatic dilligence.

~ Assist LMBC to execute their progress at world class business platform via international business network for overseas projects, Foreign Direct Investment, and International Trade and Development.
