KOVAR PLUS Xxxxx source meat from the USA, Canada, Uruguay, Brazil and Australia, and large quantities of production meat – innerfillets, breast trimmings, breast pieces and leg/drumstick meat. Other imports include, for example, APO (Alaska Pollock fillets - China), horse meat (Uruguay), salmon (USA + Canada), Pangasius (Vietnam), beef/veal (Australia), Edam cheese (Slovakia), frozen spinach, garlic and strawberries (China) and French fries (Holland).
