      The Foam Tech process was originally developed  in the USA more than ten years ago.It Involves encapsulating the mattress springs on both sides on molded flexible polyurethan foam. The springs are placed on the rising foam,which is laid down into a plastic mold by a traversing head.After curing of the top layer,the unit is turned over and the operation repeated For the bottom layer to produce the finished mattress base. The technique simplifies traditional spring mattress finishing,where several layers of materials had to bepositioned and fixed individually in a series of labor-intensive operations.
