Laizhou Kunfeng Gleco Plastic Product Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of Laizhou Plastic Woven Co. Ltd. which was established in the year of 1998. Kunfenggleco Plastic Product Co.ltd is a Sino-Denmark joint venture started in the January of the year 2007, with the registered fund of RMB13, 300, 000. Now our company totally covers an area of 30000sqm, including a workshop of 18000sqm. Our main products cover all kinds of woven bags, complex woven bags and container bags. Moreover, we can coat for bags. With the advanced equipment and every performance index at the national standards, our products are mainly exported to Canada, Japan, the Netherlands and East Europe, about ten countries and areas. We have got trusts and good evaluations from all customers. In our company there are six technicians with technical secondary school diploma or above. We also have twelve technicians with special skills who can design products or packages according to the demands of customers and make customers satisfied. Our main equipment include two sets of extrusion machines (Changzhou Yongming), different sizes of tubular machines, twenty-three sets of rolling machines and one set of complex machine brought from Taiwan. Regarding to our yearly capacity, we can produce woven bags of 15, 000, 000pcs, complex woven bags of 10, 000, 000pcs, container bags of 2, 000, 000pcs and coating for 20, 000, 000 meters. We can make beautiful packing prints with printing machines in 2-4 colors. Our company takes measures to make every worker understand their duty and work carefully under strict management and control systems. In addition, professional quality inspectors monitor every step accurately with the electronic scales and some test machines to ensure the production quality steady and improve quality. In 2001, our company attained the international standard certification of ISO9002:1994.
