Company Description

Jsc 'kvazar' is the largest manufacturer of products of pv energy, integrated circuits and silicon plates in Ukraine.

The factory of semi-conductor devices was established in 1961. The enterprise was a part of the military-industrial complex of the former soviet union. In march,1994 it was transformed into jsc 'kvazar'. There is no state ownership in authorized capital of Kvazar.

The enterprise has always operated in the sphere of high technologies. The company possesses the complete infrastructure, beginning from research activities and technological elaboration up to industrial manufacture.

Jsc 'kvazar' is a holding which includes branches:



Manufacture of components for renewable energy
Photovoltaic converters (cells). The company masters a number of products on the basis of monocrystalline and multicrystalline silicon of the various sizes and characteristics. At the present time the company manufactures the following type of solar cells:
125x125 mm pseudosquare monocrystalline silicon solar cells
Productive capacity is more than 8 mw annually.
Solar panels. Productive capacity is more than 4 mw annually. The company mastered the manufacture of surface mounted solar panels with 6 to 150 w capacity. The solar panels produced by jsc 'kvazar' are highly reliable, efficient and able to work in various climatic conditions.


Design and installation of photovoltaic systems for renewable energy of different configuration. Jsc 'kvazar' carries out the projects on implantation of solar systems in the following spheres:
Social application: Houses, hospitals, schools; yard and street illumination, illumination of roads and highways; garden and park illumination;
Industrial application: Telecommunication equipment; oil and gas platforms and pipelines; desalination plants;
Agriculture: Water-supply and irrigation; systems of power supply of cattle-breeding farms; power supply of temporary entities (building, harvesting brigades etc. );
Tourism: Portable systems of power supply, autonomous illumination systems, charges for cellular phones etc.
