LA.V.EL. LTD, LA.V.EL. Ltd. is the evolution of an effort begun in 1954 when Konstantinos Artinios established a traditional oil-mill in the mountainous area of Monemvasia, Lakonia. With love of tradition and hard work, Konstantinos Artinios created a well established oil-industry that still makes the best quality olive oil, using only traditional mechanical methods of cold pressure. The knowledge and love for olive oil passed on from father to son. Takis Artinios, son of Konstantinos Artinios, not only inherited the oil-industry but also his father&＃039;s passion for work and a love for olive oil. Convinced about the beneficial characteristics of olive oil, Takis not only developed his father&＃039;s oil-mill to be a pattern in the area and receive world wide recognition for the best quality olive oil that he makes, but also based on two generations of experience, he established a modern packaging laboratory located at Ag. Apostolous Lakonias, where the extra virgin olive oil "LAVEL" label is packaged.. Extra virgin olive oil "LAVEL", is the best quality with all the characteristics that make olive oil a unique product. Incomparable in flavor, with a distinct aroma, extra virgin olive oil "LAVEL" is a natural olive juice, produced and packaged in South East Greece, particularly in Laconia, a region famous for its unique taste and aroma. The quality of this particular olive oil is based on excellent weather conditions prevailing in the area, as a partner to the variety of olive known as "ATHINOELIA" It is a natural healthy product recommended for cold applications such as salads or marinating, and cooked meals. Ltd. guarantees the quality of the product at all stages of processing – pressing of the fruit by standardising; packaging – in its modern packing laboratory; and distribution to the market.
