Lapan Niaga Resources intermediary directly to a mandated seller for Russian D2 Diesel. The mandated seller has the authority to purchase Russian Diesel L0.2-62 (HSD Gas Oil - D2) with minimum 0.02% & 0.05% maximum sulphur by one of the leading refinery in Russia.
The minimum purchase should be 1 million MT x 12 months through Carrier Insurance Freight (CIF)only within the delivery of Any Save World Port (ASWP).
We are very transparent where prices are negotiable within the D2 market price, upon the direct approval from the mandated seller.
