LEDetail injection moulding devision, aims to assist clients in producing injection moulded parts. Ledetail have specialized in delivering low quantity part with true Steel molds. We have experts that can assist you from the initial design stages, material selection and designing for injection moulding of your part to the delivery of the injection moulded parts to your doorstep. Minor assembly of parts can also be done in or factory space. We have a wide range of Plastic Resin and additives suppliers to best match your need wether it be cheep and cheerful to plastic resins that are UL94 or IEC 60695-11-10 certied or thermally/electrically conductive plastics. Our color selection is as simples as you giving us a Panton, RAL reference or sending us over an object with the color you require and we will match it. Our Process, has been developed to be as simple and straight forward as possible wether this is your first injection molded part(s) or if you are a seasoned expert. Even though our process is set we are very flexible and are able to offer some assembly and secondary processes such as nickel or chrome plating, so feel free to ask us any questions and one of our expert will get back to you.
