We are coldheading,nutforming and warmforging extruding customed-manufactory w/ high precision turning and milling , and the components and parts could be customed from the size OD0.8 to M48mm at length to 1ooomm...

And Zhenjiang Lordsoem Chinauto boltscrew Factory,originally set up in Changzhou, but now our coldforming manufactory has newly moved to Dalu Ind.park, Xinqu, Zhenjiang,Jiangsu 212100 for better serving for Midea Aircon and auto industries to well develop the business relationship betweens;

And the facilites and equipments are as coldheading and nutforming(7die/7blow,4die/4blow,3die/3blow,2die/4blow,1die/2blow), thread roller, and the mass-produced component & part are as weld bolt/nut, elevator bolt (fang/norway/euro/pronged), conveyor fastener (plate/oval), hollow bolt,tent peg& stake,locking bolt, Eyebolt/nut, T/U/J/L-Bolt, Micro screw,l ifting anchor, double-head stake, bearing/locking Ring, Rivet, Insert,Casing, and other aluminum,steel, stainless and brass components,etc;


And Changzhou Lordsoem Head&Forge Factory. for Warm forging and warm heading, Aluminum profile extrusion and Stamping(25T/60T/125T), CNC turning and milling operations, It is still serving at the orinigal setup place,Changzhou,213200 and the facilites and equipments are as CNC milling, CNC Turning, EDM,etc;

Another currently is a joint-operation factory in Anhui province for the precision lost-wax casting and shell mold casting factory-Anhui Lordsoem XanHon Precision Casting Co,.Ltd.,mainly casted up to 50kgs in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum material with precision turning and milling and the main castings are for the mining,coal and construction equipment,etc...

Lordsoem Mechindustries provides in-house mechanical,hardness testing. Our certification packages are stored electronically for quick retrieval. This is standard procedure. No need to order test reports and there is no additional cost. If any special certification required, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
