The idea for setting up this service company is that two years ago one of my friend from South Africa who confirmed all the thing like price, product type, etc. with the factory before his order. But finally the product delivered to him is different with the one they confirmed before when he got the goods. So that he lost his money and even lost his confidence to import the goods from China again until we had a meeting in China and he asked me to handle all the thing here for him from that time.
