Mai Chung Metal Works Ltd. have been established in Hong Kong since 1981. Our business includes all kinds of metal work and plastic injection componets.

Our products are mainly selling to UK and Australian markets.

Because of rapid growth in the past few years, we moved our factory from Hong Kong to Mainland China in 1986. Right now, our self-owned brand new factory, located in Boluo, Hui Zhou City, a 12,000m2 land with total 24,000m2 building area is opening. After decade efforts, we are moving into a new era.

In order to meet customers' demands and promote competition, we imported many advanced equipment with most critical quality control, our products reach the advanced worldwide standard, especially the electric sockets and switches are approved by the GB standard of Mainland China, BS standard of British and AS standard of Australia.

Upon this solid foundation, we are enthusiastic to expand and widen our services to various customers with the latest technology such as CAD/CAM system, CNC machines and High Speed Presses, as well as we provide quality and reliable service at competitive price.

Modern facilities in engineering and tooling enables us to work on numerous projects over a wide range of customized applications. The vastly expanded production operation in now self sufficient in moulding, stamping and plating. We have over 24,000 sq. meters of production and administrative floor space and an efficient staff to make sure every order is delivered with the utmost attention to quality and punctuality.

We recently used a number of advanced software system for our tooling engineers, in which it enables us to work things is 3D environments. Therefore, optimize the design process.

-CNC EDM wire cut machines mean that we can cut intricate and precise shapes out of hardened metals.
-CNE EDM systems enable us to to `burn` complex shapes into hardened metals.
