The company's name in its present form as a Public Limited Company was given effect in the year 1998. The company has its registered and corporate office at J. K. ToMAILAM INDIA LIMITEDrs, 100feet road, Pondicherry-605 013, & its Factories in Pondicherry, with a Central Marketing Division in Chennai.

The companies Export Office is based in MUMBAI.
