We specialize in various plastic products ranging from Tritan drinking bottles, Functional water bottle, PP milk bottle, Sippy cups, IML container & cups, feeding bowl & plates as well as other baby care & food package products. Over the past 20 years, we are glad to have the opportunity to serve Learning Curve, The First Year(RC2), Even-flo, Nutricia, Nuby, Melissa & Doug, Blender bottle etc and we are proud to be on most of our customer's priority list in terms of product reliability and safety.
Our factory is located in the tip of Guang Dong Province with 30, 000 square meter industrial zone. All our products conform ASTM, EN-71, HR4040, EN-14350 or EN-14372, FDA. We are also certified for ISO9001-2000, ICTI, GSV, and proud to be approved by Wal-mart, K-mart, Target.
Originally transformed from a labour intensive work shop to currently a high efficient production plant, we equipped in lines of the following facilities: LSR Injection Molding, Injection Stretch Blow Molding, High Speed Injection molding on thin wall products, Double Injection molding, In-mold Labelling, Heat Sublimation Transfer Printing, 10 Multi-colors Roto Silk-screen printing, RFID applications in Packaging, RFID in anti-counterfeiting and pharmacy which comply to most global safety and environmental issues.
Apart from OEM, we are gradually evolved ourselves to be an ODM supplier due to the drastic market change. Our goals as such include:
