Dear Sir, MAJAN PRINTING And PACKAGING CO. wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading producers of paper sacks in the Middle East region based in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah U.A.E. We started on a modest note in 2004 and ever since we have made considerable progress. We cater mainly to the requirements of paper sacks for cement companies. In addition we have our regular customers in U.A.E. and the GCC region with whom we have entered into annual contracts that provides our customers uninterrupted supplies. We also export to the countries of the region and also to East Africa. At a given time we have a rolling stock of 3 months of brown sack Kraft which is replenished again to provide uninterrupted supplies both to our contract and new customers. Please find listed the specification that we currently produce, Item : Paper Sacks. Packing : 20 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg. Length : 40 cm to 70 cm Width : 49 cm to 50 cm Bottom width with valve : 9 cm to 14.5 cm Printing : 2 colors (Flexo printing process) Minimum order quantity : 100, 000 bags Lead time : 10 to 15 days . We can produce 2 to 4 ply bags with 70 gsm, 80 gsm & 90 gsm sack kraft clupack paper ( in special cases with outer bleached paper &inner ) with water barrier ( PE coated paper ). Our current capacity utilization is 70 to 75% We do have expansion plans in line with the demand of our valued customers and we are also on the lookout for constant innovation and technological up gradation which in turn would enhance our optimization and would help us to provide better service levels at competitive prices.
