I have more than sixteen years of experience in the field ofhome textiles. I have worked in middle and senior level positionsin leading manufacturing and trading companies before starting myown company. During these years, I have worked with JC Penney, BedBath and Beyond, Target, Springs, TJX group of companies, GardenRidge and couple of other retailers through importers. Following aspects make us differentfrom other Indian companies:  We are from manufacturing background so our understanding of product and production is higher than most of the other trading or sourcing company. Unlike  many third party inspection companies, we start inspections from raw material stage and each and every order is inspected couple of times during manufacturing process to ensure that quality is as per the specification. This also help us to ensure timely delivery of the merchandise. Our Head of Quality Assurance department has worked with leading French third party inspection MNC before joining us and he has done numerous inspections for leading customers from around the world.   We have very exhaustive quality assurance systems which are evolved with our experience and customers feedback.  We will coordinate with different suppliers on daily basis and send you the mail or call you with all relevant details. This will save you lot of time and rather than coordinating with many different suppliers you will be coordinating with us and this way you will end up saving lots of money. Our response time is the best in the trade. You will not pay us anything till the time you don’t do any business with us. We charge a very nominal fee for our services. We don’t take any commission from the suppliers. We will work as your office in India. Still, you can contact supplier at any time to know about their feedback about us. We can involve you in the negotiation of prices with suppliers if you want. We can give us references of our existing customers if you want to check their satisfaction level with our services. We will give you market information and pass on buying opportunities to you. We will identify the suppliers for your product line. We will help you in sampling and production coordination, quality assurance and logistics. We are already dealing in organic cotton made-ups and we can offer towels as well as bedlinen in organic cotton to you.
