For years, our products have been in the homes of those who have chosen healthy and delicious eating habits on all of the five continents. Our single-origin extra virgin olive oil has a fruity, light flavor that is specially suited for the global market. It does not have so much of the bitter after taste you find in some oils. This due to the varieties of olives, sandy soil, glorious climate conditions and careful processing. Our olives are handpicked and then brought to collection stations by the growers and harvesters. The best olives are selected and crushed. Our olive oil comes from just one origin, from northern Aegean coast Turkey. Unlike many, we do not blend olive oil from several nations or even other regions, nor do we mix in, nor do we try to hide the real origins by deceptive labeling. The soil that is now belongs to the nation of Turkey is actually the original home of the olive tree. Some of our olive oil comes from trees that have been bearing fruit for 1, 000 years! A few miles from our office are the remnants of perhaps the oldest known olive oil factory. 2, 500 years ago olive oil was being produced on here on the Mediterranean coast (Aegean Sea). The Aegean region which is also called the "Riviera of olive trees" is located on two sides of the Aegean Sea, an arm of the Mediterranean Sea. The Aegean shores have "the most beautiful skies and the best climate in the world" according to the famous historian Herodotus. This region is known to have the best quality olives in the world. In this region, there are olive trees over a thousand years old. Produced from the best olives of this region, Our olive oil brings you the taste of this ancient historical and mythological culture. Our olive oil is found under all two major groups: extra virgin olive oil (max acidity 0.8%) and pure olive oil (max acidity 1.5%).
