Established in 1996 with fMarina International Forwarder&Logistics employees, ANC step by step grows up, develops and today becomes one of the most pretigious International Forwarders in HCM city, Vietnam, with three more offices in Hanoi, Haiphong and Phnompenh-Cambodia. Anc staff now comprises more than one hundred persons working in the Head Office and Branches.
The main services of ANC focus on two pricipan groups: Multi-modal transpotation (seaway, airway, overland, railway. . . ) and logistics (cargoes delivery / receiving, making out Customs clearance. . . ) .
ANC ranks among the forwarder leading on consolidating services in HCM city. Anc, at present, regularly provides the direct consonlidation services for more than 17 routes per week: Los Angeles, Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kobe, Nagoya, Port Keelung, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne, Bangkok, Singapore, Hongkong, Pusan, . . . Besides, ANC also reinforce and develops the services of transport to more than 1000 sea ports via transit ports of Singapore and Hongkong, as the traditional strengths.
Same as export shipments, direct import ones from Hongkong, Singapore, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Pusan, Port K'lang are regularly and weekly transported by ANC to HCHC City and Haiphong, not to mention thousands of other routes transhipped via Singapore and Hongkong.
The process of handling the logistics services of ANC has been qualified to attain the standard of ISO: 9001 since 2003. Consequently, ANC can satisfy the very strict demands of the well-known distribution corporation in the world, and carry out the logistics services of diversified kinds of goods: Cosmetics, chemicals, machinery. Electronic appliances, handicrafts and finearts.
During the past ten years, the success or unsuccess which ANC has experienced cannot be all related, but the objective of "being your best trading partner" is always the driving force of development of ANC. This can be imagined when they consider the chain of activities which ANC has carried out in the past 9 years:
1999-Investing to build up the system of warehouses and storage yards of 2, 360 sqm, lorries, forkliff trucks.
2000-Beginning to set up system of branches in main border gates of Vietnam to provide door to door services.
2002-Starting to set up the system of internal control according to the standards of ISO: 9001 and winning the Certificate in February 2003.
2003-Establishing the system of electronic transaction, internet utilities by which customers can find out the shipping schedules, transhipment schedules and statuc of shipment. . .
Since 2004 Organizing the internal monthly training courses to professionalize staff and enhance services quality.
Openning the new routes-averagely 3 ones per year to diversify services.
Deeply investing in each service, each route such as participating in Hi-Tech Forwarder Network of USA to assure the interests of customers towards shipments to / from USA (2003) , inviting Australian specialists to train the emplyees of ANC about the logistics services in Australia (2005) . . .
2006-ANC continues to carry out the commitment of "being your best trading parner" by means of publishing the bimonthly bulletin to provide to customers the necessary information concerning international and dosmetic freight forwardings.
