Was established in Abu Dhabi with the sole purpose and objective to provide building maintenance
and the functions have expanded for installation, modernization services of the following
electromechanical items in building/parking services, with the intended purpose of carrying out
post-sales maintenance services and is going to be leading company in the field of Home Automation
in United Arab Emirates.
Maxwell LL C mainly concentrating on Home Automation such as Automatic Sliding doors.
Automatic Swing doors, Revolving doors, Rolling Shutters, Garage doors, Traffic Barriers, Access
control systems, CCTV and etc.
Maxwell LL C has developed its reputation as a secure and reputed organization combining
with a selected number of international companies with proven records of excellent performance
and quality products of Sliding/Swing door operators/ Rolling shutters/ Traffic Barriers/ Revolving
doors, Road blockers/ Dock levelers/ Security Bollards/ Steel gate operators/ Aluminium partition
works/ Air curtains and all kinds of Main Entrance Automation Systems.
Maxwell LLC is structured as a number of autonomous divisions one for specializes area
each headed by dedicated supporting team. Each division is independent cost center but with facility
to draw on the centralized support functions including finance and marketing and guided by the
corporate direction and strategy.

line such as Automatic Doors and gates, Rolling Shutters, Garage Doors, Revolving Doors, Traffic
Barriers, Bollards, Road Blockers, Dock Levelers, Access Control, CCTV and Etc.,. All our product
range is individually designed, forged and fabricated as per the customers/Projects requirements.
Maxwell LL C supplies complete Garage systems (by Advanced Doors Systems from New Zealand Bernal from Germany) either with manual or power (remote) operated doors, in sectional or
tilt type (one piece) door, as well as industrial door hardware supplied from FA AC-Italy which
includes sliding gates on tracks or hinged swing gates for residences and villas. Here, again, Maxwell
LL C personnel provide upkeep with regular maintenance services. And Maxwell LLC has gained an
extensive know how and detailed expertise about our products and they have proven to offer an
excellent service planning for installation, testing and commissioning. We can assure fully
