- ICPO with Bank details+Soft brobe or Confirmend Bank comfort letter

- Copy Pass port
After the Soft probe
Seller send Draft Contract
Buyer and seller after accept it ,seller notarize it and send the hard copies Via DHL to the Buyer , Buyer seal and sign it and send one original Copy to the seller Via DHL, Both put the original Copies to the Banks.
Buyer Send Poof of Fund (POF) to the Seller Via swift and seller send POP. if buyer with ICPO sent BCL then not neet, the seller will send after both put the original copies to the bank POP.
Buyer Open 100% ILC,ARDLC,SBLC,non operative confirmed and once transferable to the Seller bank payable at the sight on loading port after presendation of the documents.
Seller Send 2% PB Activate the payment iinstrument.
Shipment Start as per Seller and Buyer agreed.
