EKTELCOM SCRAP  & EQUIPMENTS LIMITED is a full-service metals recyclers in Nigeria-Mc-dedal Int'l Ltdst Africa, with recycling facilities located in Her regional market. The Company? operations primarily involves the collection of used computers, coppers, Flat Rails, Telecomunication equipments, Electronics, telephone accessaries and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The Company collects and sells industrial and obsolete scrap metal, process it into reusable forms and supply the recycled metals to its ultimate consumers, including electric arc furnace mills, integrated steel mills, foundries, secondary smelters, aluminum recyclers and metal brokers. The Company acquires unprocessed scrap metals primarily in its local and regional markets and sells it to consumers nationally and in Canada, Asia,America and latin America as well as to exporters and international brokers. The Company is also able to supply quantities of scrap aluminum to its aluminum recycling facility and scrap lead to its lead fabricating subsidiaries. The Company operates in two distinct business segments: ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal recycling (Scrap Metal Recycling) and lead metal product fabricating (Lead Fabrication).


The Company? operating facilities as of December 31, 2002, included 11 scrap metal recycling facilities located in Nigeria, and USA . In May 2007, EKTELCOM SCRAP & EQUIPMENTS was announced the largest supplier of scrap metals in west Africa.
