The company was formed in London in 1987and re-located to premises in South yorkshire in 1990 where MCCALLUM MANUFACTURING LTD manufacture and fill a wide rangeOf skin and personal care products. We specialise in private label manufacture and filling. Our production facility offers a complete manufacturing solution from development of new products / ideas, supply of laboratory samples for customer appraisal, manufacture of bulk products to agreed specification and filling / packing into suitable containers. Our label suppliers with their in-house design team can provide labels design or print from existing customers&＃39; artwork supplied on disc. We can also supply some products under our own in-house label. We are fully compliant with current cosmetic products (safety) regulations 2004 with updates. Our laboratory is fully equipped employing two chemists in new product development working to customers&＃39; briefs and with major uk fragrance and raw materials suppliers to provide a quick sampling service. Pilot scale manufacture can be made available if required. Our laboratory also ensures quality control of raw materials and finished bulk product prior to filling. Our flexible bulk manufacturing facility offers various batch sizes from 250kg up to 2000kg using high quality equipment to produce both hot and cold process manufactured products. Finished bulks are stored in quarantine in our warehouse pending laboratory QC results. Upon approval, finished bulks are transferred to our filling lines, or alternatively we can ship bulk product in 1000 litre ibc&＃39;s for customers to fill themselves. Our filling facility has six filling lines including hot fill, for filling bulk product into bottles, jars and plastic tubes. By using both semi-automatic and automatic filling and labelling equipment our flexible approach allows us to fill in small, medium and large volumes from 10ml up to 300ml. We use major uk suppliers of bottles, jars and labels but also fill customers own containers / labels if required. Types of product we manufacture include-Moisturising cream / lotion, cleanser, collagen cream, eye gel, anti-wrinkle cream, anti-ageing cream, vitamin cream, make-up remover, exfoliant cream / lotion, microdermabrasion cream, massage oil, self-tanning products, tanning accelerator, protective sun lotion, hair serum, hair styling wax, hair gel, body spray, depilatory cream, bath oil, liquid soap, shower gel, bactericidal cleanser, lip balm, lip gloss, Foundation.
