DECORATING & LABELING INJECTION MOLDED COMPONENTS SPRAY, COATING, PAD PAINTING, SILK SCREENING AND PIN INSERTION. 2. WELDING OF INJECTION MOLDED PARTS ULTRASONIC 3. SUB ASSEMBLY PROCESS • Our in house tooling and mold making facilities able to help clients examine their tool and recommend routine maintenance, tool refurbishment as well as more extensive reworks from badly damaged or crashed tools at a competitive price and lead time. • A specific Quality Control department was set-up to conduct process audits, machine inspection and visual inspection. STEP 1: Parts are initially inspected directly out of our molding machine. Our technicians are trained to identify and rectify the defects like sink marks, burn marks, flash marks and etc. STEP 2: Parts at the finishing station are suspected for consistent finished and textures. STEP 3: Finish product will undergo final visual inspection to ensure tolerances are met for every part. To further ensure safe and precise operation, inspection report is generated on hourly, daily and monthly basis. Throughout the years, our internal rejection is maintained at the lowest of 0.06% with overall product rejects from costumers at less than 1%. • We offer plastic injection molding and secondary process services for various industries including : 1.
