Company Description

The company MEVA was founded in 1939 by businessman Arvid Wahlberg and was registered as a limited liability company in 1947, since then the business focus has been in the electromechanical sector.

The core business of MEVA AB is currently sales, service and repair of industrial electrical equipment such as electric motors, generators and transformers. The company also works with sales of new and used Diesel Generators.

Mevas customers are typically found in the mining industry, energy industry, pulp and paper industry and railways as for example SSAB, Boliden, Vattenfall, SCA, LKAB, Smurfit Kappa, SJ etc.

MEVA AB have products in the range of 1kW up to 100 MW on stock. Always 1 year warranty as a minimum.

Our big network lets us meet your demands even if we ourselves don't have the specific product in stock right now. About 30 000 items located in Europe and other parts of the world.

In our workshop in Skelleftea, Sweden, we perform renovations of electric motors, generators, process pumps, welding machines and rewinding of electric motors. Our team of field service are working in cooperation with ELR and others.
