Company Description

Misr trade was founded and started its activities on august 1980 with capital amount of $750, 000 us dollar invested in by EDng. Magdy shaaban.
On december 1980, misr trade acquired agency authorization from itochu corp. As a marketing agent for vessels and petroleum machinery and equipment.
On june 1984, MISR TRADE expended our activity to the textile industry mainly machinery and spare parts and obtained exclusive from fuji company of Osaka, Japan.
On march 1986, and based on the gained momentum from our previous operational successes, we expanded our activities to the fields of water treatment units and equipments as well as safety systems to the industrial & petroleum fields through our American, japanese & European principals.
Scope of supply:
Piping bulk materials:
Pipes (seamlesssaw, erw) either in carbon steel, or galvanized or stainless steel in all sizes and in accordance with all codes & standards.
Fittings, flanges & valves in all grades, sizes & materials.
Steel structures (anglesbeams, . . . Etc. ) in all types & sizes.
Studbolts & gaskets in different materials & sizes.
Plates & raw materials for vessels, tanks & heat exchangers.
Instrumentation materials (tubingcompression fittings, & manifolds) electrical equipment (cablesjb, & lugs)

Pipes
We can supply sizes of DN80mm to DN2000mm in 6 meters length and
In accordance with ISO 2531, ISO 4179 and ISO 8179 all pipes manufactured by centrifugal process to iso2531 (k9) internal coating with cement mortar by centrifugal process to iso4179 where external coating by metallic zinc in accordance to iso8179 and then covered by bituminous paint according to bs3416.
Ductile iron fittings:
The joints of fittings are according to iso2531 and client requirements.
The class of the fittings wall thickness is as follows:
K9 class for weld-on flanged pipes
K14 class for tees and crosses.
K12 class for the other fittings.
The external coating of the fittings will be by zinc coating and bitumen spraying according to iso8179 where internal coating will be by cement lining according to iso4179.
Pipeline leak detection system
Fast detection time asi alds usually detects leak within one minute from occurrence & dash; typically less than 30 seconds;
Accurate leak location calculating leak location with uncertainty of 30
Meters or better.
Detecting leak with high sensitivity able to detect small leaks, typically 1% or less of normal flow rate and able to detect leak with shut in flow.
Applications include both liquid and gas pipelines, and consists of single transmission lines, networks, gathering lines, and transfer lines.
Alds is also the only system with established reliable performance very few false alarms which has been used not only for pipeline monitoring but also for automatic control of shut in valves.
Minimum maintenance requirements.
Local module based alds continuously detects leaks, even under loss off communications.

Systems, self contained and delivered to site ready to operate once and connections are in place. Capacity ranging from 50gpd to several hundred thousands gpd. Readily adaptable to extreme changes in volume treated due to seasonal usage demands.
