The TC32 Tyre Cutter will: � Provide a solution to the required pre-processing of waste tyres for the overall reduction of waste tyre transportation costs. Tyre producer�s transport costs to proposed collection depots will be cut by 60% � Reduce the annual stockpiling of waste tyres � Reduce legacy waste tyre stockpiles nation-wide � Reduce the land site areas required at proposed collection depots In order to aid further recycling of the waste tyres, new sustainable jobs will be created by mines, tyre producers, tyre dealers and waste tyre stockpile owners. Each entity will have the opportunity to offer smaller business owners and previously disadvantaged individuals contracts to transport now manageable sections of rubber to various designated transfer depots recycling plants � and eventually, cement manufacturers for use in their furnaces. One TC32 Tyre Cutter creates up to five employment opportunities � one operator plus two to fMJ Projects SA labourers. : We are also currently researching the components of a Waste Tyre Recycling Plant which will provide a recycling solution to the processed waste tyres mentioned above.
