  The  company  employs  400   staffs,  among  which  one  is  PhD   student,  five  are postgraduates, thirty-six undergraduates, thirty-seven  junior college students and 79 college degree or above possessors. Management personnel and research and development  staff of ministerial level or above in  this  company are  of at  least  bachelor degree.  It has  several  engineers of professor level. Senior  management personnel  and  the development  of  science  and technology and  processing engineers  all  have many  years  experience of  factory  management and  R&D. Many  staff  once  received  Science &  Technology  Progressing Award  and Science   &   Technology   Achievement  Award   by   The   Ministry   of   Electrical   and Mechanical Services,  Ministry of Ordnance  Industry, Ministry of  Aerospace Industry, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defence and the army. Scientific Outlook on Development: We have passed : 1)   Quality Management System of  customer to the third party certification annually since the year of 2001. 2)   the  international Quality  Management  System certification  of  ISO9001:2000  in 2003. 3)   Environmental  Management  System  of  European  customer  to  the  third  party certification of ISO14001 in 2004. 4)   Occupational Health  & Safety Management  System of Japanese  customer to the third party certification of OHSAS18001:1999 in 2005. 5)   Environmental Management System certification of ISO14001:2004 in 2007. 6)   International Quality Management System certification of ISO9001:2008 in 2009. We  have implemented  the  three standard  one  integration management  system  of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001  since 2010 and applied the three  standard one integration management system certification in 2011.
