Plant consists of two fully integrated 10 mmpa,20mmpa and 30mmpa facilities- both the units are presently setup under the Export Promotion Capital Goods Scheme viz:MDL was an Export Oriented Unit. These plants have the capacity to operate 24 hModern Denim Limiteds a day for seven days a week throughout the year. The majority of plant and equipment is imported in both the unit. This includes a mixing, blowing, carding draw frames and open end spinning system from Reiter, Switzerland,weaving machines from Sulzer, Switzerland and dyeing ,finishing and other related machines from GMC, Morrison and West point,all of USA. Recently 12 Toyota Airjet looms from Japan has been installed and working to full capacity. All machines are maintained in perfect conditions. Modern Denim Limited is around 13 years old and the Modern Denim is about 10 years old.
