Nuobei's production base, which located at Binjiang Industrial Zone, has whole sets of production system.  Series of rolling line for columns, beams, floor decking and steel member is designed and developed by nuobei's own technician, and automatic stamping line is imported from Taiwan; Victory adopts automatic powder coating line from Europe, and develops Slot pre-treatment line by itself. Taking advantage of long-term cooperation with Baosteel Group on coil steel, and adopts assembly line from slitting, punching, set size cutting to extruding, the manufacturing cost is strictly controlled.
