The keyboards we supply are all new and original. We guarantee one year for all keyboards.

The warranty covers the main defect is partial or full non-workability of the keys and hard physical damages. The warranty will be according to any terms for other ordinary commodities.

We will be responsible for sending the defective or faulty items, and will send replacement for free in case of such situation.

Regarding MOQ, generally we request MOQ of 20 pieces for each item. But if it's difficult for you to meet this MOQ, we will consider accepting the total quantity of 150 pieces mixture of several models. We will try best to meet your request, especially at beginning of our cooperation.

We can send you sample for your evaluation, please confirm the exact model number, and please note the required sample cost, and please also inform if you have any express account.

For delivery time, if all the item you inquiry are available in stock, we can deliver them in 2 days. If there is some items to be made by new production, it will takes 2-4 weeks.

Shipment: We generally ship the goods by Express services including DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, and EMS, or air shipment as customer request.

The payment term is T/T in advance, wire transfer, Western Union, or Paypal.
