Company Description

The principal activities of Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering are constructing all types of vessels and providing service for maintaining and repairing to Malaysian government. Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering has been traditionally engaged in naval shipbuilding with a series of fast patrol craft and two sophisticated survey vessel for the Royal Malaysian Navy to its credit. The Company has also built high speed ferries, survey vessels, fire-fighting tugs and special purpose vessels with most stringent requirements. In line with the booming oil and gas industry, Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering has been increasingly receiving orders for tug boats. Nautica Nova Shipbuilding & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. clients for both shipbuilding and repairs include the Royal Malaysian Navy, Royal Cambodian Navy, Bangladesh Coast Guard, StarCruise, Miclyn Offshore, Sutera Harbour just to name a few. To a lesser extent, the shipyard is also engaged in minor engineering works such as engine overhauling, and sourcing of spare parts and supplies for ship inventory.
