With regards to the ongoing Diesel business that I have with yNic Oil Limited, I want to explain some certain things on how this business runs here in Lagos which I strongly believe is the same way it runs in other parts of the Country.

First I must admit to you the fact that there are so many speculators in the Industry- both buyers and sellers. Personally, so many people that I've come in contact with claiming to be genuine buyers turned out to be ordinary people with no money in their pockets or bank account. So I understand it when you ask for confirmation to the product that we claim to have so that you can be sure we're not bluffing.

But to be honest with you, I would have forwarded all the paper work to you via your email if this product was still on the waters and not in storage like its been done. But since this product is already in storage as you said you wanted, there're no paper work(s) attached to it as proof of existence. All you need to do is to send someone to confirm and inspect the product in the storage, the person confirms the quality and quantity which is called Q & Q Inspection, and then you pay and load the product. You can even start selling to your own customers from the storage if you want. You can confirm from anyone you know if this procedure I gave you is right or wrong for products already in storage. But if the product is still on the waters, then the seller sends you proof of product (POP), Bill of Lading (BOL), vessel details, and then issues you an Authority to Board (ATB) the ship for your Q & Q inspection.

So I ask you to reconsider your stand on the paper issue and let's do business if you're really willing to buy product. My company can pay you monetary compensation if we dont perform on our words- we're that serious to back our words with cash. So you can come in person to sight the product yourself without fear of not seeing it or losing your money as we'll pay you compensation if we don't act on our words
