A historic Buddhist text describes the Pali word &＃039;Nikayi&＃039; as &＃039;a small collection&＃039;. The creators of brand &＃039;Nikayi&＃039; define it as &＃039;an aristocratic collection&＃039;. Nikayi is a designer label that breathes life into the fading arts and crafts of Nikayi country by translating them into singular designs for garments like sarees, wedding trousseau, Indian designer kurtis, and more. Founded in January 2010, Nikayi found its feet while participating in extravagant lifestyle exhibitions at Mumbai and showcasing exclusive bridal saree collections, hand embroidered sarees and kurtis. The Journey So Far Rapidly gaining popularity, by July 2010, Nikayi was already creating exquisite bespoke designer kurtis and latest designer sarees for a posh private clientele. Soon, renowned a la mode boutiques in Mumbai started sourcing hand embroidered sarees and other exclusive garments from them. Currently the brand is working to set up a franchisee model and reaching out to our NRI clients in the US, UK, and the Middle East. The Nikayi Touch Nikayi uses traditionalism as the foundation for designing and reinterprets it with a dash of contemporary spirit. Every designer saree, blouse, and kurti has a personal touch and a handcrafted design element. The raw materials for every garment are specifically sourced (from particular regions of the country) and skillfully collated by the designers themselves. Nikayi has mastered the art of creating bespoke and one-of-its-kind wedding trousseau, latest designer sarees, and kurtis. They believe that designing is a form of expression and try to mould their creations to blend with the personality, body type, occasion, and preferences of each wearer.
