NovaOptics is divided into two primary businesses: manufacturing and intellectual. The intellectual business is subdivided into three divisions: optical communication education, technical consulting and sales. This distinguishes the company from its competitors.

In the manufacturing division, the primary focus is on developing original technology of passive connection device with improved technology. The optical communication education division is focused on providing field engineers with the skills to understand and work within the optical communication field. The technical consulting division provides consultation to manufacturers of optical fiber, cable and devices relative to the technology required to produce such products. This enhances the company's technical support in the optical communication field. The sales division is responsible for the sales of the technological information that the company has developed. The sales division is also focused on organizing seminars related newly developed technology. The logic in providing such services is to emphasize the capability of the company and create confidence in the company.
