With the extensive investments and developments in the glass industry , in 1968 the company has become the authorized distributor of Sisecam of Turkey for its glass products. In 1984 it has been reformed as a joint stock company and started its production and sales of insulating glass units. Since 1997 the company has been offering glass works for furniture manifacturing. In 2004 Okandan Glass Company added tempering furnace to its machine park. With the advancements in technology and changes in the future of glass business , in 2006 , the company has expanded its product portfolio , especially with its screen printed glasses ; Okandan is enthusiastic to offer its customers the world of colors on glass.
