Oleificio Gabro Srl oil mill GABRO form the Southern Italy, Calabria. We produce Organic Extra Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil from 100% organically grown olives. We processes indigenous olives such as Grossa di Cassano and Tondino, above all. Extra virgin olive oil of high quality has been produced since 1909 by GABRO and ever since our oil has become known and appreciated all over the world. Thanks to innovative production process, GABRO has gained the leading position in the production of ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil. GABROs farming methods comply with European organic certification bodies, and all our products own the guaranteed labels of quality and authenticity (certifications: IFS, ICEA, Bio Agri., DOP Bruzio, USDA/ Organic, JAS) GABRO was one of the first companies who introduced the method of so called traceability in its production. It means the identification of any particular element of the final product. This method allows to control the whole production. At any moment our costumers can learn anything not only about the olive oil, but also about the whole process of production.
